The top 10 percent? What about the top 5 percent? What about the top 1 percent or less? The answer is... No, they do not pay their 'fair share' This is a case I've been making for years, but perhaps since there's a Professor of Economics behind it, maybe others that have always argued with me will listen. (Although, I strongly doubt it.) Anyway, here's the breakdown:
